Opus 5.5 in the release notes

Opus 5.5 introduces a new responsive mode where Claude replies in a sentence before thinking or using tools on every prompt. This new version performs at the level of Claude Fable 5.1 on most work, while costing 40% less to run than Opus 5. There are also indications that it might use fewer tokens.
