If i have signed in also 60% of the times It doesn't load for me. And sometimes I just want to use chatgpt in incoginto mode or without signing in, then 90% of the time it doesn't load only.
If i connect to VPN and then refresh where i have not signed in then it loads, else it doesn't. I do keep track of OpenAI Status page if down or up, even if website shows up I can't or unable to load the webiste.
