Gen Z is learning with AI more than anyone. So why do 57% feel stuck?

A recent Preply survey of over 5,000 professionals across nine countries reveals that Gen Z is heavily utilizing AI for learning, with 92% of respondents in this demographic using AI for skill development. Despite this high adoption, 57% of Gen Z individuals reported struggling to apply what they learned into practice. This contrasts with Gen X respondents, where only 40% faced similar difficulties, suggesting a potential gap between AI-assisted learning and practical application for younger workers.
