DecisionTune 1.0: a 395M encoder that picks from your options offline, about 10 ms per short decision on MLX (Apache-2.0)
DecisionTune 1.0 is a 395M encoder designed for offline decision-making, processing short decisions in approximately 10 ms on MLX. It supports backends like PyTorch (default), MLX on Apple silicon (via "pip install decision-tune[mlx]" for Python 3.11+), and ONNX. The PyTorch and MLX backends show high consistency, matching answers on 99.85% of 2,755 questions, and all three backends match recorded answers on 50 parity rows before each release. The developer is seeking feedback on its performance.
This release marks the first time DecisionTune has been made available, offering a new Apache-2.0 licensed option for offline decision-making.
