SPOPI: UI and editor around Pi that Pi can change itself

SPOPI is a new UI and editor for Pi, designed to allow Pi to change its own interface live. Unlike Electron GUIs, which Pi cannot modify without a rebuild, SPOPI uses Tauri 2 with Rust for file, Git, and terminal operations, and plain JavaScript for the UI within the OS's native webview. This fully local, offline, and telemetry-free tool is currently in beta but serves as a daily driver for simple projects and phone chat support.
