OpenAI API account vanished ?!

An OpenAI API user reported that their account, which had over $2,000 in spending and purchased credits, suddenly appeared brand new with no history of invoices, API calls, or loaded funds. Simultaneously, their codex 20x account lost all 60,000 credits. The user discovered that their organization ID had inexplicably changed, differing from the one on their billing emails, despite never setting up multiple organizations and always maintaining a personal account.
