Cloud Browser suddenly unusable - anyone else seeing these errors?
Users are reporting that Cloud Browser in ChatGPT Work has suddenly become unusable, starting late last night. The issue manifests as the browser failing to create or inspect a blank tab, immediately timing out after reconnecting. This suggests a potential backend browser-session problem, and users are seeking confirmation and possible fixes for this recent malfunction.
This report is the first to highlight a widespread, sudden failure of Cloud Browser in ChatGPT Work, unlike isolated user issues.

Has anyone else had Cloud Browser suddenly stop working in ChatGPT Work? Mine fails before it can even create or inspect a blank tab.
I’ve received: - “Attempted to exit cancel scope in a different task than it was entered in” - “js execution timed out; kernel reset, rerun your request” - Previously, “CDP operation refresh tabs timed out after 20000ms”
I’ve tried: - new chats - restarting the app - signing out and back in - resetting the browser connection - attempting both web & app
It reconnects, but immediately times out when accessing a tab. This only started recently (believe late last night) and seems like a backend browser-session issue.
Has anyone experienced this or found a fix?
