It finally hit me

A cybersecurity professional, who previously believed in an eventual slowdown of AI progress, was struck by the capabilities of LLMs during the Flare-ON CTF. This challenge, known as one of the hardest globally with 11 tasks, saw a colleague, typically a top 100 finisher, complete it significantly faster than the usual 10-12 days. The rapid completion, especially of the last challenge which usually takes 6 days, led the professional to reconsider the pace of AI advancement.
