I use Claude Code to run my small business, and my work generates .md files made of Claude-generated writing -- summaries of ideas, marketing stuff, etc.
Opus 5.5 has been a dream to work with for everything, but it occasionally points me to old .md files for reference (written by Opus 4.6 and 5) and wow was the writing sooo obnoxious. It's only been a week but I forgot how bad it was. There's just that gross Claude-stink in everything it writes.
We might look back on Opus-5-era Claudish fondly one day, but right now I feel like I just escaped a madman's basement.
