Claude Max 5h only 50% of weekly limit?

A user of Claude Code with a Max 20x plan reported that their 5-hour usage limit only accounted for 50% of their weekly usage limit. After a reset, using 6% of the 5-hour limit also consumed 3% of the weekly limit. The user expressed frustration, questioning if they only get two maxed-out 5-hour sessions per week before being locked, and called the Max plans a "scam."
