AI and Human Labour

Most jobs involve not only executing well-defined tasks but also deciding what needs to be done, assessing completion, and determining next steps. While the pre-modern AI world of 2016 would seem advanced to a 10,000-year-ago human, people in 2016 were not universally rich or satisfied. The main challenges for individuals now are finding jobs amplified by AI rather than replaced, and learning to manage AI effectively in those roles, potentially influencing political choices.
