3d Ski Map

A developer created an interactive 3D ski map for the La Thuile ski area in Italy, which connects to La Rosière in France. The map is generated by a Python script that gathers piste and lift data from OpenStreetMap and elevation data from AWS Terrain Tiles. This script bakes all the information into a compact 0.8 MB HTML file, allowing the map to run efficiently in a browser on both phones and desktops.
