Claude knows about my employer in Incognito

A user reported that Claude's incognito chat mode revealed knowledge of their employer, despite the mode's stated purpose to exclude chat history, memory, and search from training. The user clarified this was Claude's incognito chat, not a browser's, and cited Claude's documentation which states "Incognito sessions stay out of your history, memory, and search, and aren’t used to train Claude." and "Starting an incognito chat won’t use Claude’s existing memory."
