Voodoo Dynamic Quant - Now MIT Licensed

Voodoo Quant, a new dynamic quantization method, has been open-sourced under an MIT License. The developer initially kept the methodology private but decided to release it due to high demand for dynamic quants for various models. Voodoo Quant utilizes a backwards pass and gradient descent to select per-tensor quantization levels, distinguishing it from static analysis techniques like Unsloth Dynamic 3.0. While UD3.0 excels at high to mid quant levels, Voodoo Quant performs better at aggressive quantization levels.
