OpenAI has recently seen a significant departure of senior leaders, with at least nine executives leaving between March and August. These include COO Brad Lightcap, CRO Denise Dresser, and Head of Data Centers Chris Malone, all departing in August. Other notable exits in July were Head of Ethics Chloé Bakalar, Head of Safety Systems Johannes Heidecke, Chief Futurist Joshua Achiam, and AI Safety team lead Sandhini Agarwal. Head of Robotics/Hardware Caitlin Kalinowski left in March, and there are unconfirmed reports of Dylan Scandinario, Head of Preparedness, also leaving.

I just read on X that Dylan Scandinario, Head of Preparedness, has also left. But I haven't found any confirmation yet
There are supposedly a few more, since some articles mention "13 executives," but I only found the names of these ones.
