This isn't a complaint about normal usage limits. Anthropic contacted us directly about our use cases, expected growth, and plan options.
We're a company of around 10 people and depend heavily on Claude Code. I personally have 80 sessions open across 34 Max accounts, and other team members have similar usage.
Anthropic emailed asking about our use cases and expected growth, apparently to discuss rate limits, resources, and plan options.
Enterprise pricing seems unworkable for us. One of my long-running coordinator session would have cost roughly $5,000 at API rates. The highest Team seat also offers around one-fifth of the usage of one Max account.
Has anyone in a similarly high-usage setup spoken honestly with Anthropic? Did they offer workable pricing, restrict your usage, or push you toward API billing? Would you reply candidly or say nothing?
