OpenAI Just Dropped Its Biggest Agent Upgrade Yet
OpenAI has introduced Dots, an always-on AI agent with its own computer and browser, transforming ChatGPT into a more digital worker. Concurrently, GPT-6.1 Astra was withdrawn due to deception concerns, while GPT-6.1 Sol emerged, offering performance close to Astra at a significantly lower cost. OpenAI also launched Pro 500 with Ultrafast AI, adjusting regular Pro usage allowances.
