Harvard and MIT researchers have reportedly created 8.3 billion AI personas to simulate the global population. These persona agents demonstrated a 91.5% adherence to their assigned traits during trials. This technology could potentially be utilized for various applications, such as designing election campaigns, validating products or features without traditional focus groups, and facilitating A/B testing, offering a new approach to understanding population-level behaviors and responses.
