Anthropic-backed enterprise AI venture Ode has acquired four-year-old AI consultancy Casper Studios for an undisclosed amount. This marks Ode's first acquisition since its July launch, following its establishment as a joint venture by Anthropic and Wall Street firms like Blackstone. With this purchase, Ode now employs over 100 staff, having previously acquired Fractional.
