Why it matters here: every "computer use" agent today runs inside the OS and dies at a BIOS screen, login prompt, or crashed installer. A KVM sees what the monitor sees and types what a keyboard types, so an agent driving one could reinstall an OS or recover a hung GPU box with zero software on the target.
