Plants can speak using electricity, so this startup built an AI model to decipher their language

Electric Plant, a startup founded by Justin Mast, has developed an AI model to interpret the electrical signals plants use to communicate. The company recently secured an $11.2 million seed round to commercialize its sensors and the Bombadil AI model. This funding round was led by Onto Ventures and Climactic, with additional participation from Ponderosa, Endeavor Catalyst, Ludlow, Michigan Rise, The Fund, Schox VC, and Dug Song.
