Computer-use permission popup only shows "Deny" and no Allow button
A user of Claude's desktop app on Windows (build 1.49585.0) reported an issue where permission pop-ups, such as for screen-control access to Notepad or PC control, only display a "Deny" button. There is no "Allow" or "Accept" option visible, preventing the user from granting necessary permissions. This problem occurs consistently when the app attempts to gain access to other applications or the PC itself.

I'm using Claude's desktop app on Windows (build 1.49585.0, Electron 44.2.0, Node 24.20.0) and trying to grant it screen-control access to an app (Notepad, in my case) so it can read a file on my behalf. Every time the "Claude wants to use Notepad" approval card pops up, it only shows a Deny button. There's no Allow/Accept option visible anywhere on the card, so there's no way to actually grant the permission. It also shows when I try to give it access to control my PC
I've tried this 3+ times over a few minutes (different app, same result), and it's consistent not a one-off render glitch that fixed itself on retry.
a setting I need to toggle somewhere first (e.g. some OS-level permission that has to be granted before the in-app dialog will show both buttons)
Happy to share more details/screenshots if useful. Would appreciate any pointers before I file a bug report.
