Solved one of my annoyances with Claude, and it was me all along

A user frequently encountered their last prompt re-typed in Claude's text entry window, initially attributing it to a bug. They would erase it and start typing, believing it to be an occasional glitch. However, they later realized this behavior was not a bug but a feature, similar to how command prompts like Windows PowerShell operate, where the previous input is retained. The user admitted that this was a personal oversight, as they had not considered Claude would function in this manner.
