Anthropic has launched the Claude Frontier Academy, committing $100 million to train 10,000 "Frontier Deployed Engineers" by 2028. This initiative aims to equip engineers with skills comparable to Anthropic's own experts. The program will begin with partners such as Accenture and Bain, focusing on developing a specialized workforce capable of deploying advanced AI solutions.

This is the first time Anthropic has committed $100M to train 10,000 engineers by 2028, unlike previous, smaller-scale training initiatives.
