I want AI to progress so fast that it breaks the entire structure of society.
A Reddit user expressed a desire for AI to advance rapidly enough to disrupt societal structures, suggesting that the current societal and governmental frameworks are ineffective. The user believes a swift, radical change is preferable to a prolonged, painful transition over several years, as evidenced by a post on r/askmen where they inquired about life experiences, leading to "bittersweet laughter."
This Reddit post, unlike typical discussions on AI's societal impact, advocates for rapid, disruptive change rather than a gradual transition.

I asked “How is life going for you?” on [r/askmen ]( r/askmen ). Can’t stop the bittersweet laughter. https://www.reddit.com/r/AskMen/s/SpnJzZy0iW
I want massive industries to shut down, governments to fall, a lot of people to lose their jobs in a very short period of time so that we can start from scratch with AI again.
Clearly the current structure of society and government isn’t working anymore. Its better to just rip the bandaid then slow moving transitional pain over several years.
