DoorDash has introduced a new AI agent that allows users to order food via text through Apple Messages. This agent can process prompts like "order my usual" for recurring orders, search for local recommendations based on specific dish requests, and even suggest a cart with food photos. For group orders, the AI can manage diverse dietary preferences and varying quantities within a single order.
