Qwen3.8-Flash-Next-NVFP4 vs Qwen3.8-27B-FP Test Results

A comparison between Qwen3.8-Flash-Next-NVFP4 and Qwen3.8-27B-FP8 was conducted using a capability battery of 8 tasks, including bugfix-from-traceback, long-context pipeline instructions, multi-edit email, document policy audit, Codeforces 1117-D, ARC-AGI 227, IMO Problem 5 sketch, and contamination-controlled 2026 factual recall. The results suggest that vLLM's less mature support for Flash-Next might be a contributing factor to its performance, making it difficult to fully assess its capabilities against the Qwen3.8-27B architecture.
