A Jev-powered MCP tool that gives Claude Code semantic code search

A new MCP tool, "JevGrep," leverages Jev to provide semantic code search for Claude Code. This tool allows Claude to ask natural-language questions about a codebase, ranking relevant code fragments and returning source code with file paths and line numbers. It aims to reduce context usage and search time during repository exploration by avoiding multiple grep/rg searches and large file reads. JevGrep can function as a CLI or an MCP server directly connected to Claude Code, and its GitHub repository is available.
