Given these numbers, I don't get the whole Anthropic profitability concerns
A Reddit user created a scenario model for Anthropic's profitability, based on a chart and using Claude. The model suggests that even if revenue reaches only $145B by 2028, falling short of the company's $190-200B target, Anthropic could still achieve a full-year operating profit in 2027. In a more conservative "stall case" with 15% annual growth and stable compute costs, profitability is projected by 2029. The user questioned why there is widespread pessimism regarding Anthropic's profitability despite these projections.
