Unitree just dropped UnifoLM-WLA-1.0 — a single 6B model that does 64 whole-body + tabletop tasks on a real humanoid
Unitree Robotics has released UnifoLM-WLA-1.0, a 6B parameter general-purpose humanoid foundation model. Trained on approximately 2,500 hours of real robot data, this single model can handle 64 tasks, including 10 whole-body and 54 tabletop operations. It supports parallel grippers and two types of dexterous hands, demonstrating strong spatial reasoning. The architecture incorporates UnifoLM-ER-1, future dynamic region prediction, and an MMDiT action expert for continuous control, enabling the Unitree G1 humanoid to perform tasks like making beds and folding clothes.
This model is notable for being a single 6B model that handles 64 whole-body and tabletop tasks, unlike previous approaches that often required multiple specialized models.
