Apple ID permanently linked to Foreign OpenAi Account

I purchased chat GPT premium and did not receive the upgrade. I tried everything and it said the “error Apple ID is associated with another account use account associated with Apple ID.”

Well I have only ever had 1 Apple ID and 1 open ai account. Support is telling me my order number is associated to another email that IS NOT MINE! According to support its OpenAIs policy that they will not delink any Apple ID and open ai account.

So now I’m worried about the implications of my Apple ID being permanently linked to a foreign email account/open AI. Aswell as my order going to a different account. And how this is happening. Wouldn’t this be considered a huge data breach or breach of privacy.
