What prompts make AI work for hours?

Today I read an article that stated somewhere: “you can get sixteen hours or more of work from a single prompt.”

I’m reading these kind of statements a lot, but I don’t understand what kind of work it could be doing. I myself want to make better use of AI in my work.

Could someone please share a prompt that they used to keep an AI occupied with real work for several hours (with good results)?
