Codex limits from 100% to 3% after 1 prompt of 185k context window.

i just moved to Codex from Claude. on plus plan and i just started rn first prompt at 186k context and just once it finished i am at 3% only ? Context didn't reset at all its just reached 186k after the prompt is done. and i am at 3% 5h now ? i remember it wasn't that bad a month ago or so. Is it only me ?
