Meta is making Muse more powerful and will let you video chat with it, too

Meta is enhancing its Muse AI agent, which started as a chatbot and will soon become an AI avatar capable of video calls. Updates include email addresses for Muse agents to accomplish tasks and communicate with users, and the Muse Mac app will gain computer usage capabilities. Users will be able to customize their Muse avatar's sound and appearance, with a new Muse Realtime Avatar model dictating its movements. Meta also plans to launch Muse on its smart glasses, allowing users to interact with the AI based on what they are viewing.

Unlike earlier versions that were chat-only, Meta is adding video call capabilities to Muse, allowing for more interactive communication and customization of the AI avatar's appearance and sound.
