A user discovered their GPU was locked at 60W, significantly below its 145W capacity, during performance testing. Utilizing ChatGPT and Claude to analyze CapFrameX captures and DxDiag reports, they identified Windows 11's power profiles as the culprit. After adjusting these settings with Claude's assistance, their FPS in Silent Hill 2 dramatically increased from approximately 90 to 160-170, showcasing a substantial performance improvement from a power profile fix.
