Peacebell - a from-scratch small language model

A developer has spent 11 months creating and refining Peacebell, a small, domain-specific language model focused on World War II information. The training materials and model weights have been open-sourced, with two versions available: a 291M parameter model and a smaller 148M parameter model. The next version of Peacebell is anticipated for release in 2027.
