Does anyone here actually let Claude (or any agent) touch their email?

I've posted about my free email MCP server here and in a few other communities. Every time the reaction is thin: thousands of views, few replies, and when I ask people directly what their setup is, mostly silence.
In all of it I think I've had three or four people tell me they let an agent handle mail at all, and all of them run it against a separate account they set up for it, not the inbox their actual work goes through.
So I'd rather just ask straight out.
Do you use an agent to read or reply to your email? If yes, whose inbox, yours or one you made for the agent? Does it draft for you, or send on its own?
And if you don't: what's the actual reason? Never thought about it, or thought about it and decided no?
