I posted 3 days ago about a Claude UI bug that showed I was using Opus when it was draining Fable usage in the background; then I contacted Anthropic support and it got worse.

A user reported a Claude UI bug where the interface indicated Opus was in use, but Fable usage was being drained in the background, leading to a $144 charge. After contacting Anthropic support, the user claimed the situation worsened, feeling pressured to accept the company's issues as their own. This incident reoccurred, prompting the user to utilize the "Get Help" feature again.
