GPU Upgrade advice

A user is seeking advice on a GPU upgrade with a budget of $1700-1800, potentially including a Taichi motherboard. Their current system features a Ryzen 9 9950X, 96GB DDR5 RAM, and a 5060Ti (16GB VRAM) which they use for Llama Cpp with CUDA, as default Vulkan had issues. The user's ASRock X870 Pro motherboard has only one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, and they are researching bifurcation to run a second card at x8/x8.
