[Agenteq] A single canoncial source for AI coding agents rules

Agenteq addresses the issue of cluttered repositories caused by various AI coding agents like Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor, each adding their own configuration files (e.g., AGENTS.md, .claude folder, .cursor folder). Agenteq provides a single canonical source for AI coding agent rules, including Guidelines, Skills, Commands, and MCPs. This system automatically detects available agents and synchronizes them with the canonical source, which is the only part tracked by Git, aiming to maintain clutter-free repositories.
