Built with Claude Code: a Discord channel where every thread is its own Claude Code session, so I can run it from my phone

A developer created a Discord-based tool, "discord-threads," to enable remote interaction with Claude Code from a phone. The official Discord plugin was insufficient due to unreliable replies and a single conversation limitation. This new open-source solution allows each Discord thread to function as an independent Claude Code session, supporting different repositories via /cwd and models via /model, effectively creating multiple terminal-like environments accessible from a mobile device.
