Anthropic merges Claude chat and Cowork in one interface

Anthropic has merged its Claude chat and Cowork interfaces into a single, unified front end. This integration aims to simplify user experience by allowing access to chat, Cowork, and Artifacts—Claude’s interactive workspace feature—within one window. Additionally, Claude Design, introduced in April for website and prototype design, is now accessible anywhere within Claude, further streamlining the workflow for users and reducing confusion about which tab to use for various tasks.
