Projects are now a conversation with Claude

Claude's "Projects" feature has been redesigned from a folder of chats into a single, continuous conversation. Users can now make requests as they arise, and Claude will manage multiple threads simultaneously, such as pricing tests or bug fixes. The system highlights items ready for review and directs follow-ups to the relevant threads. Work continues in the cloud even after closing a laptop. This feature is currently in beta for select Pro and Max users, with a phased rollout across Claude Code, chat, and Cowork.
