I built a real-time Ganesh pandal in the browser that changes throughout the day

A developer created "Bappa — A Living Digital Pandal," an immersive web experience built with Next.js, React Three Fiber, and Three.js. This real-time Ganesh pandal in the browser changes throughout the day based on the visitor's local time, featuring events like morning Aarti, Bappa Vishraam, and Sandhya lighting. Users can virtually walk through the pandal, interact with decorations, and experience a cinematic HUD. It also includes a GPT Live 1 voice guide powered by Agora for questions in Hindi or English.

Unlike static digital representations, this virtual pandal uniquely changes its environment and events in real-time based on the user's local time, offering a dynamic devotional experience.
