Local AI World Model Part 2 - Deep NN to turn Images into Playable Characters, with prompt switching mid rollout

A developer shared an update on their local AI world model, which converts images into playable characters with mid-rollout prompt switching. The model, a 1B parameter network, achieved 50-60 FPS on an RTX 5090 but was throttled to 12 FPS. Subsequent testing on an RTX 4060Ti yielded 20 FPS with half context and 13 FPS at normal context, demonstrating comparable performance to the throttled RTX 5090 for the given rollout.
