stuntd: a local Jev-compatible server on Laya that learns from your own traffic (no API key needed)

stuntd is a local proxy for typed LLM decisions, such as choice, yes/no, and score, operating on Laya, an open-weights System One model. It learns from your application's traffic by recording decisions, training a small head on Laya, and serving it in shadow mode. Once it agrees with the provider at a target confidence, it switches to live mode, handling requests locally within 20 ms. If agreement drops, it demotes itself, and requests below the confidence threshold still go to the provider. The project is Apache-2.0 licensed.

Unlike other LLM decision proxies, stuntd operates locally on Laya, learning from your own traffic without needing an API key, and switches to live only after reaching a target agreement with the provider.
