I just went from 100% to 35% usage running 1 task on Astra High for 3 minutes? (10x Pro)

I'm seeing a lot of people complaining about this on twitter...
I went from ~30% to 0% pretty quickly, wasn't paying much attention but was hammering multiple threads on Xhigh so thought I just plowed through it really quickly.
No worries, I have a banked reset, so I used that, went to 100%.
Ran a new task, Astra High, it ran for 3 minutes, I looked at usage, I'm already down to 35%?!
This can't just be high usage, this is a bug surely?
EDIT, yes confirmed by OpenAI staff that it's a bug, which has been "fixed" and their fix was returning everyone's usage back to what it was, hence I jumped from 100% back down to 35% but they didn't restore the reset 😭
EDIT 2, whoo, my banked reset has come back... now here's hoping for a global reset to apologise to everyone
