OpenAI acknowledges it's "past time" to "define standards" for disclosing information about unexpected AI behavior and is "working on a framework" for more disclosure.

Unlike previous incidents, this marks the first time Company X has publicly committed to a framework for disclosing unexpected AI behavior.
