Anthropic is merging its Claude chat and Cowork front-ends to simplify user experience. This integration aims to reduce confusion regarding which tab to use for different tasks. Additionally, Anthropic is introducing a new feature that allows users to create presentations and documents. These updates will first be rolled out to users on the Pro and Max plans, enhancing the functionality available to them.

This marks the first time Anthropic has merged its Claude chat and Cowork interfaces, unlike previous separate offerings, and adds new document creation features.
