Used Claude to help Jev become a gamer
A developer used Claude Opus 5 to create a gaming setup for "Jev," an AI. The project involved building a mod for the game Vampire Survivors and a Python-based "brain" that would serve as Jev's decision engine to play the entire game. This initiative aimed to allow Jev to "relax" and experience gaming, showcasing Claude's capabilities in a novel application.

I got access to Jev yesterday and wanted to do something really quick to see it in action and get to see what the fuss is about. So I decided with all of the work Jev has been up too it needed a break so I wanted to let it game so it could relax.
I decided to just vibe code this with claude code. I used Opus 5 to build out a mod for vampire survivors and then a python "brain" that would work as the decision engine using Jev to play the whole game.
